hMael scheduled outage this weekend starting: Friday 9th February, 9:00pm

From Friday 9th February 9:00pm until Monday 12th February 7:00am we will be performing a major infrastructure upgrade to bring you new features and improved functionality with the release of hMael Premium. We anticipate this outage will take place all weekend however it may be completed sooner.

hMael services unavailable during the upgradeThe hMael service will be temporarily unavailable while the update takes place and you will be unable to access your hMael messages during this time.

Once the update has completed you’ll be sent an email prompting you to create a new password. As we are migrating to a new platform, we are unable to transfer your existing passwords due to encryption. Simply click on the link in the email and you will be taken to the hMael website where you can enter a new password. When logging in, you will now use your email address instead of a username. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received the password creation email.

hMael Premium upgradeWe are bringing you a more reliable, versatile, and feature-rich hMael service. Some of these new features include: message recall and export, live chat, folder management, and administrator rights for organisations. We have also made many general improvements to the existing functionality and given hMael a refreshed look.
